Who has access to candidate data?

Only users within your organization (agency) have access to your candidate data. Each user has role-based permissions (Admin, Recruiter, Viewer). Public job applications are separate - candidates who apply through public job postings are only visible to the hiring organization. Tanova staff do not access customer data except for technical support with explicit permission.

Does Tanova train AI models on my data?

No. Our AI providers do not train on customer data. Your CVs, job descriptions, and evaluations remain private and are not used to improve AI models. We have strict data processing agreements in place with all AI providers.
